These Terms of Purchase exist to create clear expectations and protect both you and our team. If you have any questions before or after your purchase, we’re always here to help, just reach out.

1. Digital Products & Downloadable Files

All digital downloads, clarity reports, email sequences, guides, toolkits, and workbooks are for personal, non-transferable use only. You may not share, resell, or distribute these materials in any form. We retain full copyright ownership of all content. If you are interested in using our materials for professional or educational use, please contact us directly for licensing options.

2. Refund Policy

Before Delivery: You may cancel your order and request a refund if the product has not yet been delivered.

After Delivery: Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered.

If you do not receive your product within 24 hours, please contact us at [email protected] immediately so we can resend it.

By completing your purchase, you agree to this policy.

3. Consulting & Strategy Calls

When you book a Family Strategy Call or full consultation through The Aging Society, you’re reserving dedicated time and personalized guidance.
All bookings are non-refundable, but we allow one reschedule with 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments without notice are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.

4. Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely through SheOwns.org checkout and Stripe. We accept major credit cards and other listed payment methods. Your card will be charged in full at the time of purchase. If your payment fails or is declined, access to your product or service will be paused until the issue is resolved.
